Job summary

Pt Indodana Multi Finance is seeking a Field Sales Representative to drive sales of FMCG products from a remote base, visiting clients as needed and expanding the customer network. The role emphasizes strong client engagement, target-driven performance, and effective territory management.

The candidate should be self-motivated with solid communication and negotiation skills, plus familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools. A driver's license and willingness to travel are required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a sales role, preferably FMCG.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools.
• A valid driver's license and willingness to travel occasionally to meet clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets within assigned territories.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, understanding their needs and offering appropriate solutions.
• Promote and present FMCG products effectively, highlighting key features and benefits.
