Job summary

Cermati Fintech Group is seeking a motivated Field Sales Representative to drive FMCG sales in the Makassar area. You will build relationships with retailers, manage inventory at sites, and promote products to boost sales growth across South Sulawesi.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in FMCG sales, strong communication skills, and a proactive, self-driven approach. This remote role offers field visits and performance-based incentives.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills essential.
• 1-3 years of sales experience in FMCG or retail is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within territory.
• Self-motivated, organized and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales targets for assigned territories by selling FMCG products to retailers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with store owners, managers and staff.
• Promote new products, offers and merchandising to drive sales and visibility of products.
• Manage inventory levels at customer locations with timely replenishment and stock rotation.
• Provide market feedback and customer insights to sales and marketing teams.
• Ensure proper product display and merchandising in retail outlets.
