Job summary

Cermati Fintech Group is seeking a Field Sales Representative for Makassar to drive FMCG product distribution and sales growth with local retailers. You will manage relationships, promote new products, and ensure stock availability and visibility in stores across South Sulawesi.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in sales, strong communication skills, and are self-motivated with a driver’s license and willingness to travel within the territory. A base salary with commissions is offered.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably FMCG/retail.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and build relationships.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities
