Pt Korea Tomorrow & Global Indonesia is seeking a Field Sales Representative to drive FMCG product sales remotely while engaging clients on-site as needed. You will grow the customer base, nurture relationships, and deliver competitive solutions from a remote base with occasional travel to clients.

The role emphasizes strong communication, quota attainment, and CRM-driven activity tracking to optimize territory performance and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a sales role, preferably FMCG.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools.
• A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel occasionally to meet clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets within assigned territories.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, understanding their needs and offering appropriate solutions.
• Promote and present FMCG products effectively, highlighting key features and benefits.
• Manage sales activities, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals.
