Job summary

Global Management Consultancy is seeking a Remote Management Consultant focused on Client Engagement. This fully remote role lets you leverage your expertise from anywhere to bolster client relationships and service delivery.

You will develop strategies to strengthen partnerships, analyze client feedback, and collaborate with virtual teams to drive value. Bachelor\'s degree and at least five years in client management or consulting are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in client management, account management, or consulting, preferably in a remote setting.
• Proven ability to manage complex client relationships and deliver exceptional service.
• Strong understanding of customer success principles and client lifecycle management.
• Excellent virtual communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance client engagement and satisfaction across project lifecycles.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships.
• Analyze client feedback and performance data to identify areas for service improvement.
• Collaborate with internal project teams to ensure seamless client experience and successful project outcomes.
• Prepare regular client reports and conduct virtual review meetings to discuss progress and insights.
