Domino's Pizza is seeking a Senior E-commerce Store Manager to lead online sales strategy for Indonesia in a fully remote-first role. You will drive platform performance, site UX, and marketing campaigns to boost conversions and order value across the product catalog.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of e-commerce leadership, strong analytics, and proficiency with Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento, plus Digital Marketing know-how. Remote-first setup supports flexible work in Indonesia.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years in e-commerce management with a proven sales track record.
Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento) and digital marketing tools.
Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actions.
Excellent leadership, communication, and remote-work capabilities.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to hit sales targets and grow market share.
Manage day-to-day online store operations including listings, inventory, orders, and customer service.
Analyze sales data, website traffic, and customer behavior to identify trends and improvements.
Oversee digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social, email) to drive traffic and conversions.
Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and product teams for a cohesive experience.
Monitor and optimize website performance, UX, and conversion rates.
Stay updated on e-commerce trends and emerging technologies.
Manage the online store budget and allocate resources effectively.
