Mandiri Utama Finance is seeking a Remote E-commerce Growth Marketing Lead to architect and execute scalable growth strategies across all digital channels.

You will drive customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value while leading a cross-functional team in a fully remote, fast-paced environment. The role emphasizes experimentation, data analytics, and budget optimization to meet ambitious revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or MBA in Marketing, Business, or related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or performance marketing, with strong emphasis on e-commerce.
• Proven track record of scaling e-commerce businesses through data-driven growth strategies.
• Experience with a wide range of digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, paid social, email, and content marketing.
• Strong analytical skills with data analysis tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, Mixpanel).
• Experience in leading marketing teams and fostering a high-performance culture.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Experience in developing and managing marketing budgets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive growth marketing strategy focused on customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.
• Oversee and optimize all performance marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, paid social, email marketing, and affiliate programs.
• Drive experimentation and A/B testing across the customer journey to identify growth opportunities.
• Analyze market trends, customer data, and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with product, sales, and engineering teams to ensure marketing strategies align with business objectives.
• Manage and mentor a team of growth marketing professionals, fostering a data-driven culture.
• Define and track KPIs for growth initiatives and report insights to senior leadership.
• Explore and pilot new marketing channels and technologies to stay ahead of the curve.
• Develop and manage the growth marketing budget with efficient resource allocation.
• Champion a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous learning.
