Our client is seeking a dedicated Remote Food Service Operations Specialist to enhance their catering operations nationwide. This position focuses on analyzing and optimizing food service processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness from a remote location. You will play a key role in supporting our operational teams, developing best practices, and implementing improvements that drive customer satisfaction and uphold the highest standards of food safety and service excellence. This role is ideal for an analytical professional who excels at remote collaboration and process improvement within the dynamic food service industry, particularly supporting diverse catering operations across West Java.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze current food service operations to identify inefficiencies and areas for cost savings.
• Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all catering functions.
• Provide remote support and guidance to on-site catering teams on operational best practices.
• Research and recommend new technologies and techniques to improve service delivery and food quality.
• Monitor food safety compliance and assist in training initiatives to ensure adherence to regulations.

Requirements
