Job summary

Marriott International is seeking a Remote Head of E-commerce Marketplace Growth to lead the FMCG online revenue strategy. This fully remote leadership role requires a strategic visionary with deep knowledge of digital commerce, online marketing, and platform management.

You will develop and execute an end-to-end e-commerce strategy, optimize online sales channels, and drive customer acquisition and retention while collaborating with marketing, product, and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years in e-commerce management, FMCG sector.
• Proven track record in developing and executing e-commerce strategies that drive revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, analytics tools, and e-commerce platforms.
• Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and project management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Commerce, or related field; MBA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a robust e-commerce strategy to drive online sales, customer acquisition, and brand presence for FMCG products.
• Manage and optimize all aspects of the company's e-commerce platforms, including website performance, user experience, and conversion rates.
• Lead digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and affiliate programs, to drive traffic and sales.
• Analyze e-commerce data, identify trends, and provide strategic recommendations for growth and improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) and external partners to ensure seamless online operations and customer satisfaction.
