• Minimum 3 years in ecommerce marketing, performance marketing, or growth marketing.
• Proven success in scaling paid campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Strong analytics using web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Experience with SEO/SEM, email marketing automation, and affiliate marketing.

Responsibilities

• Develop data-driven marketing strategies across channels such as paid social, SEM, email, and affiliate programs.
• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads) to maximize ROI and CAC targets.
• Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign settings to improve performance.
• Analyze campaign data and website performance using Google Analytics to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with content and design teams to create marketing assets and optimize user journey for conversion.
• Explore and test new marketing channels and growth hacking techniques to expand reach.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy.
