Qualifications

• 3+ years in e-commerce marketing or growth marketing.
• Proven success with paid campaigns.
• Strong data interpretation and analytics.
• Experience with SEO/SEM and email automation.
• Remote work capability.

Responsibilities

• Develop data-driven marketing strategies across channels such as paid social media, search engine marketing (SEM), email marketing, and affiliate programs.
• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads) to maximize ROI and achieve customer acquisition cost (CAC) targets.
• Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign settings to continuously improve performance.
• Analyze campaign data and website performance using tools like Google Analytics to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with content and design teams to create compelling marketing assets and optimize the user journey for conversion.
• Explore and test new marketing channels and growth hacking techniques to expand customer reach.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy and maintain a competitive edge.
