The role requires 4+ years in agency account management, fluent English, and experience coordinating with remote teams across regions. This full-time position requires a laptop and reliable internet; you will work 7am-4pm

Qualifications

• 4+ years in account management at a design/creative/marketing agency.
• Fluent written and spoken English with experience working with international clients.
• Experience working remotely with clients in other countries.
• Available 7am to 4pm Jakarta/Manila time, Monday to Friday.
• Laptop with reliable internet, camera and headset.

Responsibilities

• Be the main contact for your clients and understand their business.
• Check briefs are complete and confirm details with the client.
• Agree realistic timelines with clients after coordinating with the team.
• Review work before it goes out and manage client feedback and revisions.
• Offer ideas beyond what was asked and cover teammates' clients when needed.
