Andelo Pty Ltd. in Indonesia (remote) is seeking an Account Manager to own client relationships for our design team's briefs, ensuring clear communication and on-time delivery. You will be the main contact, review briefs, set timelines, and guide Australian clients.

The role requires 4+ years in agency account management, fluent English, and experience coordinating with remote teams across regions. This full-time position requires a laptop and reliable internet; you will work 7am-4pm

Qualifikationen

• Experience working remotely with clients in other countries.
• Available 7am to 4pm Jakarta/Manila time, Monday to Friday.

Account Manager, Design Agency (Remote, Full-time)

You own the relationship with your clients and give our design team clear briefs. You will be the main contact for your clients, understand their business, and ensure clear communication between clients and the design team.

Key responsibilities

• Be the main contact for your clients and understand their business
• Check each brief is complete before work starts, and confirm the details with the client
• Agree realistic timelines with clients, after checking with the team
• Review work before it goes out, and handle client feedback and revisions
• Bring ideas the client didn't ask for, not just what they ordered
• Cover a teammate's clients when needed

About you

• 4+ years in account management or client servicing at a design, creative or marketing agency, including at least 2 years as the main contact for several clients
• Fluent written and spoken English, and the confidence to work directly with Australian clients and guide them
• You think about what the client is trying to achieve, and question a brief when something doesn't add up
• Experience using AI tools in your daily workYou can tell a client "not by tomorrow, but here's what we can do" and keep them happy
• You've improved how your team works, for example by setting up a new process, guide or tool
• Experience working remotely with clients in other countries
• Available 7am to 4pm [Jakarta / Manila] time, Monday to Friday
• A laptop for full-time work, stable internet with a backup, a camera and a headset
