Job summary

Pt Euroasiatic Jaya is seeking a Remote Construction Document Controller to manage and maintain all project documentation from a remote location. You will organize, track, and distribute drawings, specifications, reports, and correspondence to ensure accuracy and accessibility for project teams.

The role requires strong organizational skills, experience with document management software, and the ability to work effectively in a remote setting while supporting construction projects from anywhere.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in document management is a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in document control, preferably within the construction industry.
• Proficiency with document management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, capable of working effectively in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a robust document control system for all project documentation.
• Receive, log, track, and distribute all incoming and outgoing project documents.
• Ensure all documents are correctly filed, version-controlled, and easily retrievable.
• Manage the electronic document management system (EDMS), ensuring data integrity.
• Coordinate with project team members to ensure timely submission and approval of documents.
• Perform quality checks on documents to ensure completeness and accuracy.
