Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end planning and execution of all catered events, ensuring client satisfaction and budget adherence.
• Coordinate with clients to understand requirements, preferences, and dietary needs, offering expert recommendations.
• Liaise with culinary teams, venue managers, and suppliers for smooth logistics and timely delivery.
• Develop comprehensive event timelines, floor plans, and service flow diagrams.
• Oversee staffing and briefings for each function; conduct post-event evaluations for improvements.
