Zusammenfassung

Influx is seeking English-Korean bilingual Customer Support Agents in Indonesia to join our remote team. You will handle phone, email, and live chat inquiries across multiple languages and regions, delivering high-quality support with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Ideal candidates are fluent in Korean and English, have multichannel support experience, and can document interactions in CRM systems. Remote work setup and global client exposure are offered.

Qualifikationen

Fluent in Korean and English, written and spoken.
Experience in multichannel customer support (phone, email, chat).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Calm, professional and solution-oriented under pressure.
Able to document interactions in CRM/ticketing systems.
Comfortable supporting customers across different regions.

Aufgaben

Handle inbound phone, email, and live chat inquiries meeting SLAs.
Provide accurate, empathetic responses across channels.
Manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
Resolve issues and escalate complex cases as needed.
Document interactions in CRM or ticketing systems.
