Job summary

Kuoni Tumlare in Indonesia is seeking an After Office Hour Customer Service representative to be the first point of contact for Tour Leaders, suppliers and Sales, handling after-hours calls and emails and resolving issues.

This temporary 3-month contract requires English proficiency, good communication, and Microsoft Office skills; work hours 21:00-03:00 on weekdays and 14:00-22:00 on Saturdays, with work-from-home flexibility and potential office visits.

Qualifications

• Up to 1 year experience in customer service/travel industry/call center, is desirable.
• Fresh Graduate is Welcomed.
• Travel industry market & culture understanding/experience.
• Business level of English is essential (both verbal and written).
• Good communication skills.
• Computer literacy – experience in working with Microsoft Office.
