Job summary

Kuoni Tumlare in Jakarta is seeking a Customer Service Executive to handle tours and provide dedicated support, ensuring customer satisfaction across trips with a strong focus on high-quality service. You will be the first contact point for emergencies and may act as a local PR agent and sales support to maintain relationships and promote future business.

Applicants should have 1–2 years of customer service/travel industry experience, business-level English, and native-level Japanese (JLPT N1)

Qualifications

Business level English is essential (verbal and written).
Japanese language proficiency at JLPT N1 is mandatory or prior living in Japan.
1–2 years of experience in customer service/travel industry/call centre desirable.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Handle incoming calls, emails, and chats for travelers.
Professionally address queries and complaints from customers, suppliers, or hoteliers.
Provide first contact for emergencies and support to maintain relationships.
Support tour operations and ensure high-quality service delivery.
Prepare clear reports and assist with local PR and sales activities.
