You will manage vendor invoices, ensure accurate coding, and keep timely payments, helping maintain strong vendor relationships. This role requires excellent data entry, strong Excel and accounting software skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Specialist or in a similar accounting role.
• Strong understanding of accounts payable procedures.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage tasks remotely.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices, ensuring proper coding, documentation, and approval.
• Manage the end-to-end accounts payable process, including data entry and payment processing.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve payment issues in a professional manner.
• Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
• Maintain accurate vendor records and ensure compliance with AP policies.
