About the role

We are seeking a Reman Business Development Staff to join our team in Jakarta on a full-time basis. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the development of the Reman business through business feasibility analysis, technical coordination, and business preparation initiatives. You will work closely with the Reman Technical Supervisor and Technical Officer (TO) team to support revenue and volume growth, including the preparation of new remanufacturing services for electrical components.

This position requires an analytical, collaborative, and business-oriented professional who can analyze business feasibility, coordinate effectively with technical teams, and support the development of new business opportunities within the Reman business.

Key responsibilities

Analyze Business Feasibility Studies to support Reman business development initiatives.

Coordinate with the Reman Technical Supervisor and Technical Officer (TO) team to support Reman business activities.

Support business preparation initiatives to increase Reman component revenue and volume.

Support the preparation and development of new remanufacturing services for electrical components.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Engineering, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Experience in business development, business analysis, technical business, or related functions will be an advantage.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate business feasibility and identify potential business opportunities.

Good understanding of business development and revenue growth concepts.

Strong coordination and communication skills, particularly when working with technical teams.

Ability to work collaboratively with Technical Supervisors and Technical Officers.

Strong interest in remanufacturing, component business, or technical services will be an advantage.

Good problem-solving skills and ability to support business preparation activities.

Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple business development activities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, for business analysis and presentation purposes.
