Job summary

PT Star Wagen Indonesia is seeking a Service Supervisor to coordinate mechanics and backup customer support for warranty products and transactional services at our Jakarta North branch.

You will ensure complete documentation, manage quotations, verify part numbers, and support after-sales in heavy equipment and automotive sectors.

Qualifications

• Minimum SMA/SMK, Diploma III, or S1 in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automotive, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the same field.
• Interest in technical service and after-sales, particularly in heavy equipment, automotive, or industrial equipment sectors.
• Able to use MS Office and POP.

• Organize, process, and monitor completeness of parts and warranty claim documentation;

Service Supervisor role managing mechanics and customer support for warranty products and transactional services at PT Star Wagen Indonesia, an authorized dealer for SANY, Mercedes Benz, Sakai road construction equipment, and Atlas Copco products.

Key responsibilities

Manage and organize mechanics and backup customer support for warranty products and transactional services;

Organize, process, and monitor completeness of parts and warranty claim documentation;

Organize, process, and monitor completeness of transactional documentation;

Conduct checks on mechanic declaration documents;

Create, send and monitor quotations and offers;

Validate Part Numbers and monitor withdrawal of warranty and transactional spare parts.

About you
