PT. Star Wagen Indonesia is seeking a Culture & Engagement Associate to join the People & Culture team in Jakarta on a full-time basis.

You will develop employee branding initiatives, engagement programs, and support performance management processes to enhance the employee experience and organizational culture. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 3 years of experience in Culture & Engagement, HR, or Talent Management, with strong analytical and communication

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Culture & Engagement, Human Resources, Talent Management, or a related field.
• Good understanding of employee branding, employee value proposition, employee engagement, and organizational culture.
• Familiarity with employee engagement surveys and the development of follow-up initiatives.
• Good understanding of performance management processes, including performance planning, mid-year reviews, and annual performance appraisals.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and prepare reports.
• Good understanding of talent review, promotion processes, and employee development initiatives.
• Strong coordination and communication skills when working with People & Culture and other departments.
• Good command of Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and spoken.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple programs and deadlines effectively.

Responsabilidades

• Develop internal employee branding strategies to strengthen the employee value proposition and support organizational culture.
• Develop and implement end-to-end employee culture and engagement programs, including employee engagement surveys and follow-up initiatives.
• Administer and support the Performance Management process, including performance planning, mid-year reviews, and annual performance appraisals.
• Manage, analyze, and prepare performance appraisal reports to support decisions related to employee development, promotion, and talent review.
• Coordinate with the People Acquisition & Development team to identify competency gaps and support employee development initiatives based on performance evaluation results.

About the role

We are seeking a Culture & Engagement Associate to join our People & Culture team in Jakarta on a full-time basis. In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing and implementing employee branding, employee engagement, and employee value proposition initiatives to strengthen the employee experience and support organizational culture. You will also contribute to performance management processes, including performance planning, mid-year reviews, and annual performance appraisals.

This position requires a creative, analytical, and collaborative professional who can manage employee engagement initiatives, analyze performance appraisal data, prepare reports, and coordinate with People & Culture and relevant stakeholders to support talent development and organizational effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

Develop internal employee branding strategies to strengthen the employee value proposition and support organizational culture.
