Job summary

PT Cicil Solusi Mitra Teknologi (CICIL) is seeking a Lender Relations Executive in Jakarta to identify and acquire new lenders, build long-term partnerships, and manage lender portfolios to meet funding targets.

You will support onboarding, inquiries, and product information while developing new funding opportunities through networking and relationship building. A bachelor’s degree and 2 years in banking or fintech are preferred, with monthly incentives and private insurance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any major with 2+ years in banking, fintech, or financial services.
• Experience with funding, wealth management, or relationship management.
• Strong communication, sales, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Comfort with client acquisition and targets.
• Strong networking and relationship management abilities.

Responsibilities

Your Role

• Identify and acquire new potential lenders
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing lenders
• Manage lender portfolios and support account-related needs
• Assist with onboarding, inquiries, and product information
• Develop new funding opportunities through networking and relationship building
• Achieve individual funding and revenue targets
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth lender experience

We’d Like to Meet You If You Have

• Bachelor’s Degree in any major with 2 years of experience in banking, P2P lending, fintech, or financial services
• Exposure to funding, wealth management, investment products, priority banking, or relationship management
• Strong communication, sales, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Confidence in client acquisition and working with business targets
• Strong networking and relationship management ability
• An existing funding portfolio or client network is highly valued
