The role focuses on expanding market reach, maintaining client relationships, addressing inquiries, identifying upsell opportunities, and achieving sales targets. Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in sales/marketing are required, with trading experience advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• Minimum 2 years in sales & marketing with client acquisition experience.
• Proven track record in achieving revenue and acquisition targets.
• Trader experience is an advantage.
• Ability to understand trading recommendations based on technical analysis.
• Strong financial product knowledge across US stocks, crypto, and futures.
• Good communication skills and basic English required.

Job description

In this position, you will be responsible for driving new user acquisition and managing client accounts in the Medan area. Your focus will be divided between actively acquiring new clients to expand our market reach, as well as maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring client satisfaction by addressing inquiries, identifying upselling or cross-selling opportunities, and achieving sales targets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in all fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the sales & marketing field (experience in client acquisition/hunting is highly preferred).
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales & marketing strategies and achieving revenue, profitability, and acquisition targets.
• Personal experience as a Trader is an advantage.
• Able to understand Trading recommendations based on technical analysis is a must.
• Strong financial product knowledge on any one of the following asset classes: US stocks, crypto, futures (index, commodities).
• Good communication skills and Basic English is required.
