Job summary

Allvacon is seeking a proactive Field Sales/Account Manager to expand our customer base and strengthen existing relationships across Indonesia. You will drive monthly targets through strategic outreach and on-site visits, while coordinating with technical, warehouse, and finance teams to ensure seamless service.

The role requires a degree in Management/Marketing/Pharmacy and at least two years in field sales or account management, with CRM experience and a proven track record of hitting targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing, Pharmacy, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Field Sales, Account Management, or Relationship Management (medical device industry is preferred).
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Experienced in using CRM or sales management systems.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Willing to be based in Pekanbaru, West Sumatra, East Java, or Bali.
