Job summary

Bank Universal BPR is looking for a marketing professional to promote credit products to potential debtors in Jakarta. The successful candidate will analyze debtor profiles, manage existing clients, and develop referral networks.

Qualified candidates should possess a minimum of a bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of experience in the SME or commercial banking sector, demonstrating strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Marketing credit products to potential debtors
• Analyze, ensure prospective debtors match the target market and can be processed further.
• Make a Credit Proposal.
• Carry out the credit process in accordance with the specified corridors and SLA.
• Manage existing debtors and develop referrals from existing debtors
• Evaluate debtor quality conditions (credit portfolio, business, collateral), including monitoring aging of arrears.
• Carry out billing (desk collection and visits) for credit installments.
• Create and carry out follow-up plans for problem debtors.
