Job summary

Kredivo in Jakarta is seeking a Product Manager - Core Banking (Loan) to lead the core lending platform across markets. You will own discovery through launch, collaborating with Engineering, Design, Data, Operations, Risk, Finance, and Compliance to deliver reliable, scalable lending capabilities.

You'll prioritize initiatives based on customer impact, business value, and engineering effort, guiding platform investments while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years in product management, preferably in fintech or lending.
• Strong analytical and data-informed decision skills.
• Experience writing PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Comfort with APIs, integrations, and platform architecture.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product lifecycle from problem discovery to launch and post-launch monitoring.
• Define product requirements with Engineering and Design for high-quality solutions.
• Partner with stakeholders to align priorities and ensure delivery.
• Analyze customer behavior and metrics to drive improvements.
• Prioritize initiatives based on impact, value, and effort.
• Drive scalable lending platform capabilities across multiple markets.
• Monitor performance and optimize based on data and feedback.
• Manage roadmaps balancing short-term needs with long-term investments.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and governance across markets.
