Job summary

Nikel is looking for a Portfolio Growth & Lending professional in Indonesia to build and manage a high-quality borrower portfolio, onboard new customers, and drive sustainable revenue growth in line with business targets and risk appetite.

Responsibilities include acquiring borrowers, maximizing utilization, monitoring repayment performance, coordinating with Credit, Risk, Legal, Operations, and forming partnerships to expand lending opportunities.

Job Objective/Goal

Develop and manage a high-quality borrower portfolio by acquiring new customers, maximizing existing borrower utilization, maintaining strong portfolio quality, and delivering sustainable lending and revenue growth in accordance with the company's business targets and risk appetite.Key performance objectives:1. Onboard a minimum of 5 new borrowers per month or generate a minimum of IDR 130 million in monthly revenue.

• Maintain an average approved credit limit utilization of at least 70% across the assigned active borrower portfolio
• Ensure portfolio quality by maintaining:
• >Repayment performance (collection rate): ≥99%
• >Maximum delinquent loan portfolio (DPD): ≤5%
• Achieve monthly lending pipeline, disbursement, and revenue targets while maintaining portfolio diversification and asset quality
• Develop new referral channels and strategic partnerships to increase qualified lending opportunities.Business Development & Portfolio Growth & Management1. Identify, acquire, and onboard new borrowers that meet the company's target market and credit criteria
• Develop and maintain strong long-term relationships with existing borrowers to maximize wallet share and recurring business
• Identify financing opportunities and recommend suitable lending solutions based on customer needs
• Manage the end-to-end sales process from prospecting, pitching, proposal preparation, negotiation, and deal closing
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to consistently achieve monthly lending and revenue targets
• Monitor borrower credit limit utilization and proactively encourage repeat financing
• Conduct periodic borrower visits and business reviews to understand operational performance and financing requirements
• Prepare high-quality lending proposals supported by financial analysis, business assessment, and industry insights
• Coordinate with Credit, Risk, Legal, Operations, Finance, and Compliance throughout the lending process to ensure timely execution
• Monitor borrower repayment performance and proactively resolve payment issues before delinquency occurs
• Maintain accurate borrower information, pipeline status, and portfolio updates within internal reporting systems
• Ensure compliance with OJK regulations, internal policies, and Standard Operating Procedures throughout the lending lifecycle
• Identify new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and market trends to support business growth
• Prepare periodic sales forecasts, pipeline reports, portfolio reviews, and management updates
