Job summary

Impact Credit Solutions seeks a results-driven professional to develop and manage a growing borrower portfolio in Jakarta. You will acquire new customers, maximize utilization, and maintain strong portfolio quality to support sustainable lending and revenue growth.

Responsibilities include end-to-end sales, borrower relationship management, and cross-functional coordination with Credit, Risk, Legal, Operations, Finance, and Compliance to ensure timely execution.

Qualifications

• Develop and manage a high-quality borrower portfolio aligned with business targets and risk appetite.
• Onboard at least 5 new borrowers per month or generate IDR 130 million in monthly revenue.
• Maintain average credit limit utilization of at least 70% across the portfolio.
• Portfolio quality: repayment rate ≥99% and delinquent loans (DPD) ≤5%.
• Achieve monthly lending pipeline, disbursement, and revenue targets while keeping asset quality.
• Develop new referral channels and strategic partnerships to boost lending opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Identify, acquire, and onboard borrowers meeting target market and credit criteria.
• Develop and maintain relationships with borrowers to maximize wallet share.
• Manage end-to-end sales process from prospecting to closing.
• Build a healthy sales pipeline to achieve monthly lending and revenue targets.
• Monitor borrower credit utilization and encourage repeat financing.
• Coordinate with Credit, Risk, Legal, Operations, Finance, and Compliance.
• Prepare lending proposals supported by financial analysis and industry insights.
• Prepare periodic sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and portfolio reviews.
