Job summary

Indesso Group in Indonesia seeks a Regulatory Affairs professional to manage PBG, SLF, KRK, OSS, LKPM, and SIINAS processes, coordinating with consultants and internal teams to ensure regulatory compliance.

The role involves preparing data for inspections, maintaining document control, and supporting government audits. A law degree with at least 3 years in licensing within manufacturing is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong administrative and documentation skills.
• Good communication and coordination with internal stakeholders and external parties.
• Able to manage multiple licensing processes and deadlines effectively.
• Familiarity with government licensing processes: PBG, SLF, KRK, OSS, LKPM, SIINAS.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate PBG (Building Approval) applications with consultants and internal stakeholders.
• Handle and coordinate SLF (Certificate of Building Function) processes to meet regulatory requirements.
• Manage KRK (City Spatial Planning Information) in accordance with regional regulations.
• Oversee OSS licensing processes, including data preparation and coordination with BKPM and authorities.
• Submit LKPM through OSS system and coordinate data with internal teams.
• Maintain SIINAS documentation, including monthly surveys and quarterly reports.
• Coordinate inspections and certifications (e.g., fire safety) with authorities.
• Maintain and manage building-related documents and licenses in a proper filing system.
• Support during government surveys, inspections, or visits with required data.
