Job summary

Vertiv Group is seeking a Service Operations Manager to lead a 24/7 Regional Operating Centre (ROC), focusing on service sales, scheduling, and customer support across Western Europe/EMEA. The role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and a strategic view of service delivery.

The successful candidate will develop SOWs, manage budgets, and drive service improvements while ensuring quality, safety and environmental compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–10 years experience in Electrical/Electronic support with service provisioning and customer management.
• HNC or HND in mechanical/electrical/electronic engineering or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Proactively plan, organize and manage a 24/7 Regional Operating Centre for ROC.
• Oversee Service Sales, Scheduling, Customer Support, Supply Chain and Training.
• Lead and motivate a multi-disciplinary team; ensure adherence to service management principles.
• Review and develop service offerings, SOWs, rates and quotations for Western Europe/EMEA.
• Ensure KPI delivery, budget adherence and timely escalation on operational issues.
• Support HSE, HR, reporting and continuous improvement programs.
