Vertiv Co is seeking an Assistant Manager, Service Operations to drive day-to-day service delivery across Indonesia, including Jakarta's Data Center clusters. You will coordinate field teams, ensure PMs and commissioning activities meet quality standards, and partner with stakeholders to improve customer satisfaction and process efficiency.

The role requires strong project management, ERP experience, and leadership skills to guide a growing service organization in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
10+ years in service operations, technical support, or project management in power/critical infra.
Experience with warranty management, channel partner management, and inventory/logistics coordination.
Experience with UPS systems, thermal management, or critical infrastructure products.
Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
Understanding of service P&L.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Analytical and data-driven approach.
Proficiency in ERP/inventory systems (SAP, Oracle).
MS Office proficiency.
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken).
PMP or equivalent certification.
Experience with Vertiv or similar OEM products/services.
Knowledge of the Indonesia market and channel distribution landscape.

Responsabilités

Coordinate and oversee daily service operations across all Indonesia service areas.
Monitor PMs, corrective maintenance, emergency response, and commissioning activities.
Ensure service delivery meets SLA commitments and Vertiv quality standards.
Manage daily dispatch, scheduling, and resource allocation of Field Service Engineers and Technicians.
Oversee completion and quality of service reports, work orders, and documentation in Oracle EBS / service management systems.
Coordinate with the Service Support Lead on spare parts availability, warranty processing, channel support, and inventory management.
Assist Head of Service Operations in supervising field service team and developing KPIs.
Coordinate with Project Managers and Lead Commissioning Engineers to ensure smooth project-to-service handover.
Support safety audits and promote a zero-incident safety culture.
