Qualifications

• Excellent communication, persuasion and negotiation skills required.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining and increasing sales of KC Softex products.
• Establishing, maintaining, and expanding customer accounts in the coverage area.
• Identify, develop, and evaluate sales strategies and set targets.
• Identifying new market opportunities
• Monitoring team’s performance and motivating them to reach the target
• Cooperating with related parties to increase sales
• Interviewing and hiring new employees for his team.
