PT Uni-Charm Indonesia Tbk is seeking a results-driven Area Sales Supervisor to lead the distributor-level sales force across Merauke and Papua Selatan. You will drive sell-in and sell-out, manage territory development, and align with HO, logistics, and store partners to hit targets.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 3 years in sales, and strong leadership with knowledge of the Marketing Mix and 4Ps. Familiarity with the Merauke area is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree in any field or equivalent qualification.
• At least 3 years of working experience in a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Good knowledge of the Marketing Mix and familiarity with the 4Ps.
• Familiar with the Merauke, Papua Selatan area.
• Preferably an Area Sales Supervisor specializing in Sales - Corporate or equivalent role.

Aufgaben

• Lead the sales force team at the distributor level and within the assigned area.
• Act as a bridge between UCI's business needs and the distributor to achieve targets.
• Manage area development via territory management, whitespace analysis, and PJP to improve sell-in/sell-out and market share.
• Build and maintain relationships with HO, UCI, TM area, logistics, store/account managers, agencies, finance teams, and others supporting sell-in/sell-out.
