Job summary

Softex Indonesia is seeking an Area Sales Supervisor to lead sales in Nabire and surrounding areas. You will manage and grow the sales team (K-C Softex or Distributor) and drive effective promotion of Softex products to hit targets.

Design, implement, and evaluate strategic sales plans, establish and expand customer accounts, identify new market opportunities, and coordinate with related parties to boost sales.

Qualifications

• A minimum of D3 or S1 from any major.
• 3–5 years of sales experience in the field.
• Excellent communication and the ability to give and receive feedback.
• Strong sales, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Proven leadership with the ability to motivate a team.
• Planning, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Willing to be placed in Nabire, West Papua.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and increase sales in the coverage area.
• Establish and expand customer accounts in the coverage area.
• Identify, develop, and evaluate sales strategies and set targets.
• Identify new market opportunities.
• Monitor team performance and motivate them to reach targets.
