Amartha Mikro Fintek seeks a Regional People Partner (HR) to drive high-volume recruitment for field-based Business Partners across North Sumatra. You will also support employee relations, ensure labor compliance, and implement People & Culture initiatives in a fast-paced field environment.

You will collaborate with branch leaders to forecast staffing, streamline HR processes, and guide managers on people-related matters while promoting a positive workplace culture and inclusion.

Formación

• Proven work experience as Regional HR or similar role.
• Understanding of full cycle mass recruiting.
• Good knowledge of labor regulations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Leadership abilities and stakeholder management.
• Willing to travel to North Sumatra for field operations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end mass hiring for Business Partners (field staff) in North Sumatra.
• Build talent pipelines through portals, referrals, job fairs, and outreach.
• Partner with regional/branch leaders to fulfill workforce needs.
• Manage recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Handle employee administration and ensure compliance with policies.
• Support People & Culture initiatives and HR guidance to managers.
• Drive initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness.
• Track hiring progress and report updates to stakeholders.
