Job summary

Amartha is seeking a Regional People Partner (HR) to support branch operations in North Sumatera. The role centers on high-volume recruitment for Business Partners and close collaboration with branch leaders to ensure staffing targets are achieved.

Beyond recruitment, you will contribute to employee relations, labor-law compliance, and People & Culture initiatives in a fast-paced field environment. This is an on-site, regional role requiring mobility across North Sumatera.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience in a regional HR role or similar.
• Strong understanding of full cycle mass recruitment.
• Solid knowledge of labor regulations and compliance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to influence and partner with leaders.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end mass hiring for Business Partners in North Sumatera.
• Build talent pipelines via multiple sourcing channels and partnerships.
• Partner with regional and branch leaders to meet workforce needs and hiring targets.
• Manage recruitment from sourcing through onboarding and documentation.
• Support employee relations and ensure compliance with policies and labor laws.
• Drive People & Culture initiatives and provide HR guidance to managers and staff.
• Foster a positive work environment and track recruitment progress for stakeholders.
