Job summary

Amartha is seeking a Regional People Partner (HR) to drive high-volume recruitment for field-based Business Partners across West Nusa Tenggara. The role partners with branch leaders to ensure staffing targets are met, while handling employee administration and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced, field-facing environment.

The ideal candidate brings regional HR experience, expertise in mass recruitment, strong knowledge of labor regulations, and proven leadership.

Qualifications

Proven work experience as Regional HR or similar role.
Understanding of full cycle mass recruiting.
Good knowledge of labor regulations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Leadership abilities to guide field teams.
Willing to work with high mobility to West Nusa Tenggara areas.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end mass hiring for Business Partners across West Nusa Tenggara.
Build talent pipelines through various sourcing channels.
Partner with Regional and Branch leaders to fulfill workforce needs.
Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
Handle employee administration and ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Support People & Culture initiatives and provide HR guidance to managers and employees.
Enable and drive people-related initiatives that support business objectives.
Manage employee relations matters and help foster a positive work environment.
Track hiring progress and provide regular recruitment updates to stakeholders.
