Job summary

Amartha is seeking a Regional People Partner (HR) to support branch operations across Central Sulawesi. You will lead end-to-end mass hiring for Business Partners and partner with regional leaders to fulfill workforce needs while ensuring compliance with labor regulations.

Ideal candidates bring proven regional HR experience, strong communication and leadership skills, and willingness to travel to Central Sulawesi.

About the Role

As a Regional People Partner (HR), you will play a key role in supporting our branch operations across Central Sulawesi. Your primary focus will be driving high-volume recruitment for Business Partners (field employees) to ensure the region is staffed with the right talent and hiring targets are achieved.

Beyond recruitment, you will work closely with branch leaders to support employee relations, ensure compliance with labor regulations, and implement People & Culture initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with operational teams, and being actively involved in the field.
