Job summary

Johnson Controls Indonesia is seeking an experienced administrative professional to support the Refrigeration Service team and link regional offices with the admin group. You will ensure smooth day-to-day operations and coordinate schedules across local and regional operations.

You will monitor delivery of parts, track weekly manpower hours, and assist with planning and documentation to enable effective service delivery. Strong MS Office skills and English communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of administrative, coordination, or service support experience.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to multitask.
• Experience in scheduling and coordinating service activities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, able to work independently.
• Team player with a customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Refrigeration Service team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
• Coordinate and maintain schedules for all service-related activities across local and regional operations to ensure timely execution and resource alignment.
• Monitor and follow up on the delivery status of ordered parts, proactively communicating updates and resolving potential delays.
• Track and consolidate weekly manpower hours, ensuring accurate reporting and timely submission to the Singapore office.
• Support operational planning and documentation to facilitate effective service delivery and cross-functional collaboration.
