Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of administrative, coordination, or service support experience.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Experience in scheduling, coordinating service activities, and tracking deliverables.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills to monitor delivery schedules and service activities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Team player with a customer-focused mindset and willingness to support local and regional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Refrigeration Service team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
• Coordinate and maintain schedules for all service-related activities across both local and regional operations to ensure timely execution and resource alignment.
• Monitor and follow up on the delivery status of ordered parts, proactively communicating updates and resolving potential delays.
• Track and consolidate weekly manpower hours, ensuring accurate reporting and timely submission to the Singapore office.
• Support operational planning and documentation to facilitate effective service delivery and cross-functional collaboration.
