Job summary

PT Wellsun Plastic Technology Indonesia is seeking a sales-focused professional to develop new customers and manage projects across the Indonesia region. You will monitor industry trends, analyze client needs, and coordinate quotations, design changes, and contracts.

You should understand mold production and injection molding, possess project management know-how, and be fluent in Mandarin; English is a plus. International trade experience and willingness to travel overseas are preferred.

Qualifications

• Understanding mold production and injection molding processes.
• Knowledge of project management and business processes.
• Mandarin Chinese fluency; reading and writing; English is a plus.
• International trade background with overseas travel preferred.
• Strong negotiation and flexible business conduct.
• Ability to analyze industry and market insights.
• More than 2 years of experience in industrial goods sales.

Responsibilities

• Develop new customers and explore new projects, and maintain customer relationships.
• Monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and analyze consumer needs and competitor activities.
• Plan and formulate development plans and strategies for Indonesia region business channels.
• Handle project quotations and design changes.
• Manage contract signing, mold reconciliation, and payment follow-up.
• Handle day-to-day work and complete other tasks assigned by supervisors.
