Job summary

SabiKerja, a Jakarta-based headhunter agency, represents a client Indonesia's PVC manufacturing leader seeking a Mould Development Analyst. You will lead new mold development from design to commissioning, analyze mold performance, and drive reliability and cost improvements.

Responsibilities include developing designs with SolidWorks/AutoCAD, coordinating with vendors and internal teams, and performing RCA and process improvements. English conversation is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from a reputable university.
• Experience in plastic injection molding/manufacturing is preferred.
• Strong skills in Product & Mold Design, Injection Molding, Mold Trial, and Troubleshooting.
• Proficient in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of New Mold Development, DFM, RCA, Mold Performance Analysis, and MoC.
• Strong project management, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• English conversation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop product and mold designs using SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
• Manage new mold development, including prototype, manufacturing, trial, debugging, and commissioning.
• Conduct mold troubleshooting, RCA, corrective actions, and performance analysis.
• Manage mold modifications, engineering changes, project timelines, and OTIF.
• Coordinate with mold makers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Drive mold reliability, cost reduction, and continuous improvement.
