Job summary

PT. IMTEC Mold Indonesia is seeking a Senior Sales representative based in Cikarang to develop networks, build relationships with customers, and drive growth in the injection molding sector.

You will coordinate with Engineering, Production, Quality, and Purchasing; conduct market research; visit customers as needed; read 2D/3D drawings; speak English and Mandarin; and travel for business as required. The role requires a D3/S1 education, strong communication, and a proactive, problem-solving

Qualifications

• Minimum D3/S1 education, all relevant majors.
• Ability to read and understand 2D/3D technical drawings of parts and 2D/3D mold drawings, including understanding technical details and specifications.
• Experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or Customer Relations, particularly in the manufacturing/injection molding industry, is an advantage.
• Network or relationships in Sales & Marketing, particularly in the electronics, medical devices, packaging, and houseware industries, is an advantage.
• Able to communicate in English and Mandarin Chinese, both verbally and in writing.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Market analysis capability and target-oriented.
• Proactive, confident, with problem-solving ability, and able to work individually and in teams.
• Willing to conduct customer visits/business trips as needed.
• Understanding of the Injection Molding process is an advantage.
• Able to drive a four-wheeled vehicle (car) and possess an active Class A driving license.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand business networks and identify new customer opportunities
• Build and maintain good relationships with existing customers, new customers, and prospective customers
• Conduct market research and identify business opportunities in the manufacturing industry, particularly injection molding
• Communicate, negotiate, and follow up with customers regarding product needs, quotations, and projects
• Coordinate with internal teams such as Engineering, Production, Quality, and Purchasing to ensure customer needs are met
• Prepare activity reports and project/business opportunity developments on a regular basis
• Support achievement of sales targets and long-term business development for the company
