Job summary

PT Wellsun Plastic Technology Indonesia is seeking an SPV Quality Control (Injection Molding Plastics) to supervise the QC team and ensure products meet customer requirements in the plastic injection molding industry.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, 3-5 years as a QC Supervisor, and is skilled with calipers, micrometers, and visual inspection systems, with knowledge of ISO 9001/14001 and good English for interviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a QC Supervisor in plastic injection molding.
• Skilled in using calipers, micrometers, and visual inspection systems.
• Strong data analysis capabilities and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 9001.
• Good English language ability; interview conducted in English.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the Quality Control team to ensure product quality meets specifications and customer requirements.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures, including monitoring, inspection, and product testing.
• Analyze quality data, identify areas for improvement, and take corrective actions.
• Coordinate with related departments to solve quality problems and achieve quality targets.
• Ensure compliance with quality management systems and applicable regulations.
• Provide training and guidance to Quality Control team members.
• Manage documentation and records related to Quality Control.
