Job summary

PT Wellsun Plastic Technology Indonesia is seeking a sales-focused professional to develop new customers and manage projects across the Indonesia region. You will monitor industry trends, analyze client needs, and coordinate quotations, design changes, and contracts.

You should understand mold production and injection molding, possess project management know-how, and be fluent in Mandarin; English is a plus. International trade experience and willingness to travel overseas are preferred.

Job description

Responsible for developing new customers, exploring new projects, and maintaining customer relationships. The role involves monitoring industry trends, market dynamics, analyzing consumer needs, competitors, and competitor product trends. You will plan and formulate development plans and strategies for business channels in the Indonesia region, handle project quotations and design changes, contract signing, mold reconciliation, and payment follow-up. Day-to-day work and other tasks assigned by supervisors are also part of this position.

About you

Understand basic knowledge of mold production and injection molding processes

Understand project management and business processes

Able to listen, speak, read, and write in Mandarin Chinese and communicate fluently in Mandarin

English language skills are a plus

International trade background and experience with overseas business travel preferred

Strong business negotiation skills and flexibility

Ability to analyze and develop industry and market insights

More than 2 years of experience in industrial goods sales
