Job summary

SabiKerja is seeking a Mould Development Analyst in Indonesia to lead mold development projects from design to commissioning. You will analyze mold performance and coordinate with vendors and internal teams to improve reliability, cost, and efficiency.

Qualifications include a Mechanical Engineering degree and experience in plastic injection molding. Proficiency in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Excel, and PowerPoint is required, with strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from a reputable university.
• Experience in plastic injection molding/manufacturing is preferred.
• Strong skills in Product & Mold Design, Injection Molding, Mold Trial, and Troubleshooting.
• Proficient in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of New Mold Development, DFM, RCA, Mold Performance Analysis, and MoC.
• Strong project management, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• English conversation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop product and mold designs using SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
• Manage new mold development, including prototype, manufacturing, trial, debugging, and commissioning.
• Conduct mold troubleshooting, RCA, corrective actions, and performance analysis.
• Manage mold modifications, engineering changes, project timelines, and OTIF.
• Coordinate with mold makers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Drive mold reliability, cost reduction, and continuous improvement.
