Job summary

Wonderful is seeking an experienced Regional Marketing Manager to lead and scale its brand, ecosystem, and market presence across the region. You will partner with the Regional GM to align marketing with business priorities and support the customer lifecycle from awareness to retention.

You will drive regional programs, field marketing, ABM, and partner initiatives while collaborating with GTM teams and Central Marketing to accelerate revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Eight plus years in B2B enterprise marketing with field and demand gen.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders to drive business outcomes.
• Hands-on in ABM, field programs, events and integrated campaigns.
• Understanding of enterprise GTM and full customer lifecycle.
• Ability to translate product messaging into regional campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional marketing plans aligned to objectives and revenue targets.
• Own regional marketing strategy across awareness, demand, pipeline, retention.
• Plan integrated programs to drive brand, demand and engagement.
• Lead regional field marketing, events, and partner marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with leadership and central teams on GTM and revenue growth.
• Localise global messaging for regional enterprise audiences.
• Build ABM programs targeting priority enterprise accounts.
• Cultivate relationships with customers, partners, analysts, media.
• Manage budgets, agencies, and external vendors.
• Analyse marketing performance and optimise ROI.
• Provide market intel and competitive feedback to shape strategy.
