Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, management, law, psychology, or related discipline.
• Postgraduate qualification in Business Admin, HR, Law, or related field preferred.
• Relevant HR management or industrial relations certification preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience including leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Country HR agenda translating business priorities into people and workforce strategies.
• Act as strategic partner to Commercial Director, Plant Director and leadership team.
• Shape organization through design, strategic workforce planning, succession planning, and capability development.
• Lead industrial and employee relations, including union engagement and negotiations.
• Govern compensation, benefits, payroll, and labor costs ensuring equity and compliance.
• Drive high-performance culture through performance management and talent development.
• Build talent pipelines through acquisition, onboarding, and capability-building for key roles.
• Strengthen engagement and culture through feedback-driven actions and inclusive practices.
• Ensure HR governance and compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies.
• Oversee HR operations, GA, and security for reliable service delivery and governance.
• Enable data-driven decisions with people analytics and HR systems.
