Job summary

Elitez Pte Ltd invites an experienced HR Manager to oversee the full spectrum of HR across Jakarta and Surabaya, including project sites. You will work with regional leadership to implement policy, ensure compliance with Indonesian labour laws, and drive workforce planning.

This role requires strong multi-location coordination, hands-on payroll and benefits management, recruitment, training, and performance programs to support business expansion.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5–8 years of relevant HR experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labour laws and compliance.
• Experience supporting multiple offices is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions for Jakarta and Surabaya operations.
• Manage daily HR operations including records, attendance, payroll coordination and benefits.
• Develop and review HR policies and SOPs across locations.
